This documentary serves as a good manual to learn more about BINI as a group. Some moments are intimate and relatable, making you feel closer to them.

The timeline is consistently jumping back and forth from their early years to their first major solo concert. It’s a great contrast of their pains and gains.

Maganda ang pagkakatahi sa panahong hindi pa sila kilala patungo sa kung kailan sila ay sikat na. Kahit nakikita mo na ang tagumpay na kanilang napuntahan, nandun pa rin ang kaba at kuryusidad kung paano nila yun makakamtan.

Malinis ang editing. May mga paksa at tanong na halos parehas ang sagot ng bawat BINI member at napagsama-sama ito nang maayos na akala mo ay iisang tao lang ang nagsasabi. Dahil dito, nakikita mo kaagad ang kanilang pagkakatulad bilang isang grupo.

Samantalang ang kanilang indibidwal na talento at pagkakakilanlan ay hindi gaanong naipakita.

Sana naibahagi ang proseso kung paano napili ang leader ng grupo ngunit hindi ito nagawa. May mga ibang bagay din na imbes na ipakita nila ay sasabihin na lang nila. Marahil dahil sa kawalan ng footage o documentation.

Pagdating sa mga personal na kwento, nakapagbahagi sina Aiah, Gwen at Sheena ng karanasan na mabilis mong makakapitan.

Madalas banggitin ang hindi pagkakaunawaan ng BINI noong sila ay nagsisimula pa lang, ngunit hindi rin ito lubusang napag-usapan. Masyadong kaunti ang impormasyon na kanilang ibinibigay.

May isyung pangkalusugan na kinukukulang sa pagtugon. Mapapaisip ka kung kaya ba talaga ang 3-day concert, o pinipilit na lang nila ang katawan nila kahit pagod na sila.

This documentary has 3 chapters, and the ending of chapter 1 failed to tease us for the upcoming chapters to come. The insertion of “Born to Win” performance seems anti-climactic.

The time allotted to showcase the songs of BINI is limited. “Pantropiko” deserves more recognition, considering it changed the trajectory of BINI’s career. The making of its dance steps, lyrics and melody could have been shared.

It’s good to know the list of people and coaches who helped BINI along the way. Nonetheless, the hardwork of BINI is still valued until the end.

Filled with emotions and reflections, this documentary has successfully summarized BINI’s journey—from their humble beginnings to proud winnings.

Fan or not, you’ll sympathize with their hardships and be happy with their achievements. You’ll get to appreciate BINI who’s destined and born to win.
