Cinemalaya Shorts A & B (2019)
Gatilyo by: Harold Pialda (1/5)
Seems like a short MMK episode but lacking the right emotions by most actors.
Heist School by: Julius Renomeron Jr. (4/5)
The film is simple and unpretentious. What you see is what you get. A breath of fresh air from the short films. Fun to watch. No dull moments. Even the credits part is worth to be seen.
Sa Gabing Tanging Liwanag ay Paniniwala by: Francis Guillermo (1/5)
Wala kang maiintindihan sa palabas. Pero dahil dun, gumanda siya. Haha. The title speaks for the mystery of the movie.
Disconnection Notice by: Glenn Averia (3/5)
Mabilis kang makaka-connect sa story. Na-deliver nila nang maayos at maganda ang mensahe. Good thesis.
Wag Mo ‘Kong Kausapin by: Josef Gacutan (2/5)
Not a fan of its animation and narration. But it gave the creepy feeling it needed to convey.

Hele Ng Maharlika by: Norvin delos Santos (0/5)
Nothing to say. Either too short or too dragging. Their message did not greatly affect me.
Sa Among Agwat by: Don Senoc (2/5)
Beautiful cinematography. It will feast your eyes. But not fully your mind and heart.
Tembong by: Shaira Advinca (0/5)
The film needs to give more details and not just reiteration of what is already being seen. They failed to share the significance of their movie.
Kontrolado ni Girly Ang Buhay N’ya by: Gilb Baldoza (0/5)
Too many unnecessary scenes. Paulit ulit pa yung messaging. It’s not working.
The Shoemaker by: Sheron Dayoc (0/5)
Promising intro. Pero hanggang duon na lang. Hindi tumawid sa magandang conclusion. Hindi rin fit ang pagiging shoemaker para dun sa story.
