Lyra and Aileen are content moderators. When confronted with a newly uploaded content, they have two choices:
Ignore or Delete?
Lyra chose to ignore many things from her life, while Aileen decides to delete her life permanently.

The film only showed fragments of the content being moderated yet it was already disturbing. What more if you do it for a living.
Sadly, you don’t get to see more aside from the disturbing video contents and the typical jumpscares. The content you want to see from the movie is missing.
Hindi naipakita ang buhay ng mga content moderators. Kung paano ba nila kinakaya ang bigat ng trabaho. Kung bakit hindi pa sila umaalis. Kung paano pa sila nakakatulog. Kung kanino sila humuhugot ng lakas. Walang kaibigan. Walang kamag-anak. Walang uri ng pamumuhay na naipakita.
Ang konti ng impormasyon tungkol sa trabaho at sa mga karakter. Ang bagal ng takbo ng istorya. Ang huling mga eksena lang talaga ang mahalaga.
Ang hinhin ng mga pananakot. Mabibilang mo sa kamay mo kung ilang beses sila nagtangkang manakot, at karamihan pa dun ay walang dating.
Hindi naipamalas ang buong kakayahan ni Nadine Lustre. Saglit lang ipinakita si Louise delos Reyes, ngunit nakakakilabot ang presensya nito.
The film tried to talk about content moderation, but the film itself should be the one moderated for its underwhelming content.
Should we ignore or delete this MMFF entry?
