Kung sakit ng Vivamax ang mag-inject ng sex scenes kung saan saan, si 𝘕𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘈𝘣𝘪 naman ay nagbigay ng lunas.

Bawat sex scene ay pinag-isipan. Dahan-dahan ang pagpasok nito kaya hindi nakakabigla.

Karamihan sa mga kantutan ay kathang-isip lamang, ngunit ito ay makatotohanan. The fantasies here are more realistic than most Vivamax movies.

The production design and cinematography are pleasing to the eyes and mind. The lights are not only used to make the scenes beautiful, but also to illustrate the mood of the character.

On some other movies, voice over is used to conceal a hollow story. But for this film, it was utilized for the right reasons. You are more connected to the character because you hear his thoughts.

You are inside the mind of a character

who is also a corporate slave.

Nakakulong na nga siya sa korporasyon.

Nakakulong pa siya sa sarili niyang isipan.

Habang nakakulong, hindi ka maiinip sa paghihintay.

Nakakatawa ang ilang banat. Nakakakilig ang ilang eksena. May sundot ng romcom ang pelikula. Aabangan mo kung paano magkakatuluyan ang dalawang bida.

Although the movie title “Nurse Abi” was used to attract Vivamax audience and to comply with their sexual demands, it was still underutilized and misleading. The opportunity to show the life struggles of a nurse was missed. The job similarities between a graphic designer and a nurse could’ve been part of the characters’ discussions. The lead characters are weak in performance. Vince Rillon’s acting can sometimes be unnatural. Alessandra Cruz is not convincing as a nurse. The supporting cast are more reliable.

Kahit maiksi lang ang kanyang eksena, ang presensya ni Heart Puyong ay tumatak pa rin. May linaw at diin ang pagkakasabi niya ng mga linya, kung kaya’t mas ramdam mo ang bigat ng mensaheng dala nito.

For a Vivamax movie with a 45-minute running time, 𝘕𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘈𝘣𝘪 served its duty well. The journey may be short but it’s satisfying. The final sex scene is earned. The message is straightforward yet impactful.

Minsan, ang ating mga opinyon at saluobin ay nananatili sa luob ng ating isipan. Hindi na ito makawala. Mahirap maging preso sa sarili nating kulungan.

Sakit na siguro natin ang maging alipin.

Kung hawak ni 𝘕𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘈𝘣𝘪 ang gamot,

hindi masamang magpaturok rito.
