The execution is not.
How they delivered the message was pretty straightforward and convenient. The message also feels limited. Sinasabi ng movie na ganito ang pananaw nila. Pero iba ang ginagawa nila.

I reviewed this for Concept News Central (their site is now closed). I forgot if I rated it zero or one. I could not for the life of me understand the cheers inside the main theater of the CCP. I really, really disliked this movie.
